Dear Sir/Madam,
Myself Namit kapoor applied for HSBC Credit Card o in the year2008 and at the time of approval of this card without giving me any intimation one Insurance policy was issued in my name. The same i returned when it comes to my notice. From the date i receive this card i have never used this and regularly getting bill of no reason. I requested so many times to the concerned peoples of HSBC bank and instead of resolving this issue i get threatened by some unidentified peoples.
I have not received any statement from bank but messages sent from their side is of Rs 20,000 approx which i have never utilized.
I have requested them so many times but no action is being taken at their end.
You are therefore requested please intervene in this matter and help me to resolve this matter at the earliest.
