Courior delivered to a unknown person in place of my name

Location/place: TRIVANDRUM

Name of company/service: TRACKON Couriors Pvt. Limited

My courior came from New delhi through Trackon courios on my name.But the courior service delivered the packet to a unknown person on 16.06.2012.when i enquired regarding that the courior service is not co operating with me.i have proof of delivery to a unknown person.please do the needful.
