Dear Sir,

Sub: First Flight is not responding to the wrong delivery complaint raised on June 11

Our document issued by Income Tax Department of India on 25th May through First Flight Couriers Ltd Consignment Number ZB4192287 is not delivered to our Bangalore address. We raised a wrong delivery complaint on 11 June 2012 and the reference no is 174427.

Now the customer care people is not responding to the call and even they are rejecting the call. Since its a government of India issued document, i hope the Consumer Forum can understand the criticality.
