COURIER sent back to sirsa the place form it was dispached (sirsa) withot dilevry to (pune) moreover no 1 was informed

My courier was sent from my native sirsa(hyrana) on 05/07/2012 which is supposed to reach pune after 1 week but it is not yet delivered to me. On calling they said it had sent back to my native and the address which is mentioned for delivery was out of reach ….. i ahve my numbers on the envelop but they havent contacted me …and if delivery was out of reach tha y they aggred upon for deliviry or y they accecpted …. i have been caused a major loss cause of this ..and i want to sue the coruier service i.e. AKASH GANGA COURIER LTD (head office lunkaransir ,rajasthan)
