courier not delivered, rejected to deliver in my Hometown. after acceptance

DTDC Accepeted my Courier for a Place ‘Musafirkhana’ in Sultanpur District(U.P.) on 25-july-2012.
Post 5 days, I tried many times to track my courier but their pathetic services continued and no one was able to deliver my courier. After a lot of mails written to them, one day befor ‘RakshaBandhan’ , their correspondance in Sultanpur city called at my Home to pick courier through Sultanpur. I strongly apposed it by saying that why have accepted it if they were not able to deliver in that area.courier was important to reach by 2-august.
