courier not delivered and no proper response

I returned a product to homeshop18 through overnite express with consignment no is-3034835716.
and it is showing out for delivery since 2nd april,i called head office several times and they are not providing proper solutions.The product has to reach homeshop by this week otherwise i will lose my Rs 950.
please sort it out,i m running out of time.
