Dear Sir,
I have couriered medicine on 13 aug 2012 to orrisa as it was very urgent but till now date (25 aug 2012) its not been delivered and whenever we call to headoffice of orrisa they abuse us badly and ask us to not call again, as this kind of service is very disappointing and i am in dipression due to that i am writing to you so that may be i could get some help as nothing is important than that medicine delivery.
