Name of company/service: DTDC Courier
Courier # P19220114 not delivered yet, booked on 25th July from Pune to Thane. When we contacted customer service, they are saying it is delivered but we have not got it.
DTDC official called to tell us to collect it from their office as they do not deliver it to doorstep. If they do not deliver it, why this was not intimated while booking?
Also when contacted to courier office to collect it, they said they have not received it.
