I have couriered one parcel from vadodara to dungarpur (raj.) on friday 22/02/2013 through shree Anjani courier O.P. road branch, the bill no. is 25318287. They told the courier will be delivered on or before monday 25/02/2013 but the same is not delivered till today 26/02/2013. On calling they are saying to keep patience. When I contacted the udaipur and dungarpur they told that they have not recieved any parcel with such details. Then I contact op road branch and told to contact them. Now they are saying the parcel has been sent to Ambala. I had spent more than 50 rs. on calling this courier agency and its branches. My family members are waiting for the parcel and the same is not delivered yet. They are not giving suitable and just asking me to keep patience. Please do needful and suggest.
