Hello,
Order number: 1476657834 was supposed to reach by 14-17 July 2016, but I have not received the order yet. It is already shipped and reached destination point on 14th July. Still they have not couriered.
They are facing problem with supply, its okay I can understand but they are committing 24-48 hours from Saturday itself, which is wrong and if they cannot stick to their commitment then who should be hold responsible.
They once said that it will be couriered by Monday, on onday said by Tuesday then within 24 hrs on Tuesday they said by 24-48 I will get the courier then 21st July they are telling that we cannot commit to ship today and in call they said already couriered.
Need to take action against this company. Please help.

It’s already 8 days consignment reached Pune. In any case I want it to be there today.
