Country Vacation Membership

Hi Team,

I have taken a Country Vacation Membership on 1st January 2012 and paid 120000/-.
As per the company norms I should have receive the Member Ship Card in coming next 3 months (max upto 31st April 2012). I went Country Vacation’s office multiple times and every time they are saying that you will receive the membership card in next 25 days. But its almost 11 months now and i have not received any response and card from them. And then finally i asked them that i am not happy with their service/response and want to cancel my membership and requested them to refund my while amount.
Now they are saying that if you cancel the membership then whole amount can’t be refunded back. I am really frustrated by the Country Vacation. Please suggest.
