   Hi

   I m from noida .I have small family me, my husband and daughter. By profession we are S/w engineer . Just few month back we took member ship of country club . as per their conversation we paid heavy amount 1,20000 for blue card but they gave us white card even me mentioned on check itself .As they promised to gave air and fair ticket for my family but they but just one person ticket when they deliver kit.They never disclosed for annual feel that is near 10,000 but when u login by user id u get that msg and they call you again and again .Every day calling for pay your annual fee So many times we called them no once picking phones .Executive which involved in this conversation are Shoib and kabir now even they are not bothered to receive phones are responding queries even we send so many mails to higher authority.    Hope some responsible person will listen my prayers and provide the justice.

   I have given written complaint twice and sent so many emails. But there is no reply from your end. Please may i know what action has been taken on my request?

   Nearly 20 times visited Mr. Santosh and Mr. Vimal. They have given the commitment and simply forgotten everything. They are still working on my request since December 2014. Every week we are calling them, will provide the call data also. Please may i know what step they have taken up to now and what is the status?

   Customer is suffering this much, nobody taken the responsibility. Customer care department is simply enjoying all my mails.

   Please arrange a meeting with Mr.Santosh and customer care head. I am ready to come with all the proofs. Request to resolve this issue as soon as possible. For any information/queries, please reach me at 8008470389.

   I have faced similar problems with country club. I made payment of Rs. 90,000/- towards club+plot scheme in 2012 and even after 5 years i have no idea what my privileges at club apparently, they do not have my records in their system. When i payed the amount i was told that i could use the facilities at club and vacations but when i contacted them later for the club membership details they did not respond. i tried contacting the person that i was assigned to during payment and other formalities he said he left the company. i tried contacting the club head office they keep giving me new numbers to contact and there was no end to it. i called at least 10 numbers that day. when i went directly they said they were shifting and no one had a clue about where the head office for country vacation was.

   i went to the location where they said the plot was and i could not find any markings of the plots or electricity or sewer system.

   ironically, i got a promotion call from country vacations two years back and the caller was suggesting a new deal. when i told her what happened, she promised me a resolution in 24 hours and i never heard from her again.
