counterfeit product

Name of company/service: balaji electronics

I purchased an acer e1-531 laptop from balajielectronics in rz-2, dabri more(opp janakpuri c-3) pankha road, new delhi-45. I was duped into buying pirated counterfeit copy of windows 7 ultimate, product id – 00426-OEM-8992662-00006. selling and distributing pirated goods is in itself an offence and more so when people are dupes with it. so please help me as they have refused to help.
