Could not activated my lost idea sim….

Hello i am Bhavesh Patel from Rajkot, Gujarat. Few months ago i worked at Mumbai.i bought idea new prepay card at that time. after 3 months i left Mumbai and came back to Gujarat. i misplaced the idea card. so i wanted to replace that prepaid card at here. Before 25 days ago i have visited idea store at yagnik road Rajkot. i told them about it. they told that it would be activated after 4-6 hours but still after 20 days my idea card could not activated. when i have visited on 16th July 2013 at idea store. they told me that sorry your card will not be renewable. now i have lost that number.
I had credit more than 200 rupees on that lost card.. there is not another solution for my lost card so i am really disappointed for it..
Now there is no any solution for reactivate my lost card from Idea Cellular card…
