My name is AKULA SIVA RAMA KRISHNA. I have an one stop shop agency with Distributor code: BP00074700.
This is not working from the last five months, i also called to customer care regarding this issue but they said to pay the 10000 (ten thousand rupees).
But i brought this agency with lifetime validity for 20000 (twenty thousand rupees). Why should i pay the extra 20000 rupees to activate it.
Please activate it urgently because of my business is not running due to the lack of the agency. So immediately activate my agency as soon as possible otherwise i will
