I have placed one order in Snapdeal on 10th Nov 2014.

The Product delivered to me on 13th Nov 2014 and i have made the payment of 799/- at the same time.
But when the packed opened i found the wrong product has been delivered to me.
Same day on 13th Nov 2014, i have raise to issue to them on there customer care(9212692126).
The asked me to send the pics of wrong product and invoice, that i sent at the same time(13th Nov 2014).
Till then i have to followed them a lot for reverse picked of wrong product.
But the same has been picked on 25th Nov 2014 from my home.
Even though at same time(25th Nov) i have called up to Snapdeal customer care to get the time for my correct product delivery and they ensured that it would be delivered in max 5 days not 5 business days.
I did’t hear back from Snapdeal till now, so i called up again today and what they told me that they did’t receive the product till now.
As of now i don’t have anything with me neither product nor my amount.
I am really frustrated to struggle with Snapdeal customer care again and again since 13 Nov 2014.
And no one is telling anything correctly except counting there processes and time lines.
I have spent a lot in calls to them.
Still i don’t know (Below i write to Snapdeal : [email protected] as well) –
– when the packet received to Snapdeal?
– When it will go to warehouse?
– When it will validate the correct product is present in warehouse or not?
– If product is not there in warehouse, what would be done for my order?
– Still if correct product would be there in ware house , how much time it will take to come to me??
– I think i would be keep struggling with Snapdeal for the order for long and long and Snapdeal people will always have excuse of there process and timelines??
– Or i should consider this order as waste and money goes to sundry??
Can you pl help me to penalizing Sanpdeal for this pain and mental harassment.
Pl suggest me accordingly.
