I had sent a courier, on the 25th of july, from Mumbai to gurgaon with consignment number VPL114810577. aS PER THEIR TRACKING SYTEM IT HAD REACHED gURGAON ON THE 27TH ITSELF BUT YET NOT DELIVERED . I have been trying to contact them and inspite of variour calls and follow ups since, there has been no response.
