REF : MY SB A/C NO. 101117201770 IN THE NAME OF RAJIV KUMAR VARSHNEY IN S.B.I.
I withdraw Rs.10000.00 through PNB ATM No. 7417 situated at Laxmi Nagar,Delhi-110092 dt 21/12/2012. I could not received cash nor any slip. But this transaction is debited in my account.
My Branch Address is : State Bank of India, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092.
In the mean time I have already booked twelve complaints in various datessuch as 17/01/12,19/1/12,24/1,31/1,4/2,9/2,10/2,14/2,2/3,27/3,23/5 &02/06/2012 but till date I colul not receive prompt answer. I could not receive my money Rs. 10000.00. So I totally suffered about five months.
After one & half month I went to my Laxmi Nagar Branch, New Delhi- 110092 the reason for this matter. He told me that your amount is not credited by PNB Branch So, We could not credited your account by Rs.10000/- .
After your Grivence Cell advise to my Laxmi Nagar Branch in my matter , one complain booked by Laxmi Nagar Branch but after this no complain booked by Laxmi Nagar Branch. Whenever I have already sent to many reminders. I could not receive my money after five months.
Last complaint booked by Laxmi Nagar Branch on 25/02/2012 and Branch Manager not support to me.
In this case you suggest me , I send my complaint in written to Zonal Office & Regional Office because Delhi customer care have been sent to SBI, laxmi nagar Branch but no solution of my
So, You are request that please see my complaint & suggest to me and solve this problem immediately.
IN this regard PNB says to OUR SBI Branch This tranaction has been sucessful completed. so we can not return this money. But I nore the cash recd or any slip.Last complaint booked by me before one month.
