I have purchased air cooler on 14th April 2013 but from the day one it is not giving cooling as expected. I had called to the dealer they advised to complaint on customer care numbers i.e. 9212333333, 9350111111, 9312888888 i tried to contact them but these numbers are so busy and when call connects the lady sitting there puts your call on hold and do chatting with their friends. Finally i could register a complaint which is useless till date made that complaint 5 days back but no one responded on that and my problem is same. A guy called from the number- 9210277727 stating that “i have to visit your place will come tomorrow” but his tomorrow have still not come. I approached to the owner Mr. Chaudhary and complaint the same but he totally denied from this, i told him that your staff doesn’t response to the customers timely and do chats with friends on other phone…. he quickly said no they don’t do this, i said that is why i approached to you. He said ok tell me the problem, i explained him the problem then he says- “AISI GARMI MEIN TO LOGON KE A.C. KAM NAHI KAR RAHE AAP COOLER KI BAT KAR RAHE HAIN” i said that i have invested money and must get the satisfaction. Mr. Chaudhary advised me that call at helpline numbers they can only help you on this.
I am totally disappointed as have paid 7500 Rs for this machine but not getting satisfaction. Going to the words of Mr. Chaudhary if they cannot resolve my problem must return my money back and i shall better purchase a A.C.
