Continuous harassment is Gas refill

Name of company/service: Sir Balaji Gas Agency

I am an honest tax paying citizen of India. I have been facing continuous harassment (in gas refill) from Sri Balaji Gas Agency (Distributor Code 641857 Royapuram Chennai). The agency takes nearly 45 days to supply the refill ( 21 waiting period to book and 25days harassment). When even I call the prompt rely is ‘the load hasn’t arrived’. The delivery boys say that instant refill is available at premium (Bribe).

If this is the plight of a learned person, Imagine the ordeals being faced by common citizens. If any vigilance agency carries our surprise check at the agencie’s stock and tally it with the booked phone numbers the whole truth will come out and it will act as a deterrent for others. will anybody take up the challenge?
