the jai jawan gas service- indane distributor situated at dwarka, delhi-110075, has supplied a faulty cylinder with leakage on 2-7-12 vied receipt no.-1347. while installation a very major accident avoided. i risked my life for dousing the fire broke-out due to leakage. otherwise there would have been a major blast in my kitchen. after complaint through their ivrs no. they have attended after 2 days and their employee anil has changed washer to rectify the problem despite of my pressure to change the cylinder.
the same distributor again supplied a refilled cylinder vide reciept no.-2357, dated-3.8.12. again while installing, i found a major leakage in the cylinder. this time i didnt used it to avoind any chance of accident. now there is almost 3 days when i complained the leakage through their ivrs no. they didnt attended.
both times their employee was mr. anil kumar, having mobile no.-9891203475.
i request u to plz if possible arrange inquiry into this anomalies my jai jawan gas service to fix the liability to initiate legal proceeding against the culprit
