Contineous deduction of balance

Dear sir,
My mobile no is 8904342063.On this no the is continous deduction my balance by subscribing the services without my request ,now they have been deducted more than 120 Rs. and their deduction is not stopped after my request also from my self stop activation services
Sir we have a proof for deactivations. Please stop all unwanted services and return my balance.
