Dear Team,
I would like to raise a compliant against the online website 100bestbuy.com.
I have entered a contest through their website and an amount of 699/- was deducted from my account.After continuous follow up and company executive reverting there was no action taken.I heard they saying simply that someone else is used my amount and there are ignoring the actual owner ie me.How come someone register in the contest without my concern,and i have proof that i entered into the contest via a mail which connected the 100 best buy website.I have told them to check with the fraud department but still no use.Its going since April’13 and no action taken yet.
Kindly take up this matter in a higher way as i would like putting a case against these irresponsible companies.
