TRACKING NO, – VPL512981712 Consignee:- Birendra Narayan Singh Parcel Weight :- 6kg, vill;- Mani Post:- Phulpur Dist.:- Varanasi, 221001 Courier Mumbai to Varanasi, on date 11/05/2018, parcel dispatched from Mumbai to Delhi, And date of 13th may 2018 received in Delhi, After 5 days when my parcel not rcvd yet, so i visit the virar office, they raise a complaint on date 16/05/2018, after two days again i visit the virar office, then they told me that your parcel has damaged, and what to do, i told them that please dispatch my parcel from Delhi to Varanasi, they contact their Delhi office to Dispatch to Varanasi, after 3 days when i visit the virar office they again told me your parcel has damaged badly, we can’t Dispatch or Return Back, My point is no body call between 7 days about my parcel till damaging, And they said do what you can do, I want My Product value and delivery charges back ( 1000+600)
