My consumer no 78596134 is blocked from 2 months and iam nt able to book online.,when I visited the agency they told that I will not get subsidy for one as I have two connections , I agreed and requested to unblock ,she said it will be done immediately. Even after three days it still remains blocked we all know how important gas is for our daily use.Such poor customer service is not expected by agencies who are tied up with distributors like Bharat Gas and fail to keep up the reputation…
