I got a call today at 4:20 pm from 9212456447( calling himself Karan from Chamber 136, Tis Hazari court, Delhi) telling me that a civil case for Rs 2500 can be filed against me, which will be refunded. I requested him to mail me the details.. he never did that… I had got the Tikona connection in Mumbai disconnected in January through e-mail and phone , and they still kept posting bills for feb, march, april like maniacs and kept calling after repeatedly telling them thats the connection is disconnected.
Strict action should be taken against tikona for consumer harrasment
