Hello sir i am shiv kumar from vijaypur tehsil& distt samba, jammu i buy a air conditioner in 2019 with 1 yrs warranty now my time period of warranty is left only 1mnth and my AC is not cooling properly so i call the customer care to complaint against this and after 1 day technician visit to my home but they not solve my problem they only do service of AC and say that we come again after 2 days then we refill your gas and today is 8th day and they don’t come , I call him continuously from tht day what they dnt pic my phone, if I call the customer care number they also say sir we register your complain tecnician will visit soon, sir please it’s my request that you take neccesary action against the company
