Dear Mr. Yousuf,
I Mrs.Sarwar Banu W/o. Late Mr.Sardar uddin and my son Mr.Shareef uddin R/o. 11-6-502, K.H.Market, nampally, Hyderabad – 1, We have decided to demolish our old portion admeasuring approximately _________________________________ and construct It, as one of my daughter husband expired and she is not having anyone to take care of her 3 daughters from her In-laws for which we approached you as you have already doing 2 sites nearby our house we believed you and not prepared the contract on a BOND PAPER. and We have given you the above mentioned portion for construction on a contract (with material and labour) in the month of December 16th 2011 for Rs, 2.00,000/- ( Rupees Two Lakhs only) (please refer attached contract copy for details)) on a promise that you will complete the estimated construction work on or before 28th of February 2012,
Going further you suggested us that instead of putting Asbestos sheets for the second floor go for RCC SLAB, for which you estimated us RS.60,000(Rupees Sixty Thousand only) on confirming the rate with you we have given you the said amount as per the contract ( refer attached papers). Ongoing we realized that we already have one set of Stairs inside house so we asked you to demolish and repair the old setup of staircase from ground floor to second floor and you have given a quote of Rs. 65,000 (Rupees Sixty five thousand only) for which we agreed and released you money timely as per the contract.
But in the meanwhile we realized that the work is going very slow than expected, hence we requested you to make the work fast and you have committed us a deadline written on a paper ( attached) that you will complete the work on 22nd May 2012 but you have not completed and stopped visiting the site also. After a lot of follow-up you approached us on 18th June 2012 and asked us to pay Rs.11, 000/- (Rupees Eleven thousand only) extra than the committed charges so that you can complete the work within a week, by seeing the market condition we have agreed to pay you the extra amount and released you some amount ( papers attached). But to the surprise today is July 27, 2012 and the work is still pending to complete.
Further we request you to kindly complete the work within 12 days from the receipt of this letter or we will be forced to take a legal action against you.
