Hi, My name is Ashwath, I had sent a moblie phone(apple 4 ) to my friend to shimoga through Proffessional Couriers from Indiranagar , Kodihalli branch, Bangalore , on 06-03-2013 , but when the consignment reached the destination the box was tampered and the box was very light weight. As my friend opened the consignment in front of the shimoga branch officer there was no mobile phone inside. It was stolen, so my friend rejected the delivery of consignment. So the courier service provider sent back the consignment(empty box) to me. I have lodged a complaint in their Customer care and also in Shimoga police. I am not getting any solution out of this as both are saying they will track the theif. I say Who gave the service provider the right to open my consignment. If i am not allowed to send the mobile phone(used not new) through them then why did they accept my consignment. And if they came to know that there is mobile inside then why did not they hold my consignment before delivering. why did they delivered the tampered theft of material consignment.
