Name of company/service: The Professional Courier
My relatives sent me a document which I had to sign and send back to them so that I could get my certificate. The document was dispatched on 8th reached Pune on 11th but was in Shivaji Nagar. I stay in Chinchwad, when i phoned them up to ask about my document they said sunday was a holiday, but on checking their website there is no holiday on sunday!!! Please don’t use professional courier, they most unprofessional, and whoever answers their phone is absolutely rude.
