consignment not deliver

Name of company/service: DTDC courier service

i have two consignment( no: k59215145 dt.13/11/12 & k59215369 dt.1/12/12).but both the courier have still not delivered.poor customer service and jst hell with dtdc. i will never send anything with dtdc.
