Consignment in damaged condition to US

I have received 3 boxes on Wednesday 13th June and 1 box on Thursday 14th June. These were sent by Mr. Santosh Kelshikar from Pune through DTDC.(international invoice: N93864472). These have reached my U.S address through UPS.
All the boxes I received were in damaged condition. After checking with the packing list, few items are found to be missing and some are damaged and broken beyond repair. The packing of the boxes was in a torn condition at the time of delivery and one box was even delivered opened. Inside the boxes there was no packaging material to protect the items. All the items were in a mess with some eatables opened and spilled inside the box.
