i had ordered a graphics card from snapdeal on 29 oct which they had shipped on 7 nov (first they took so long)
through bluedart (from bangalore to chandigarh)they shipment was reportedly sent from bangalore to delhi but it took 5 days to get it there( i personaly think bluedart uses bullock carts to ship things). and now even after 4 days of reaching delhi it wasnt further CONNECTED(according to their website) their system was updated with “shipment arrived” status on 13 nov and on 12 nov when i had asked them about it they said that it was lost may be(the customer care which is the worst of all).
i have also told snapdeal not to shipany of my future shipments through BLUEDART
and also the concerned authorities should be notified about the false promises for delivery dates(which, in my case was 10 nov 2014)
