Connectivity problem

I have launch so many complain against that i am facing connectivity problem on my postpaid no-8010506061 in Gurgaon,near Plot no-35P, Sec-44,Near Hudda City center.This is my office address & i am getting only single tower shown in my mobile on my First floor of my office.when i go ground floor or -1 it didnt shown any tower.
I am fed up with that because all time it shows that no network connectivity..

I have discussed so many time with customer care at last after so many discussion held with them they told me that your area is in weak coverage area..so it will not be improve..I want to inform you that in that above shown area where i am getting problem is very posh & official area…so if this kind of problem accrues here what will be in villages…
kindly advice should i switch to some other network bec other network working v good here..
