This email is in reference to my application for obtaining the mahanagar gas. My Business Partner No. is 1100644393. My complaint No. is 1342099. I have already paid Rs. 6000/00 by cheque No. 835532 of ICICI Bank on November, 9th, 2012.
I travel a lot. I was told that on March, 24th, 2013, the staff had come to my flat but it was locked. Hence, I humbly request you to kindly supply the piped connection of the gas on either April, 11th or 12th, 2013. Because, during that time my flat shall be opened. Actually, I had specifically told the staff who had come to collect the cheque that kindly inform me about when would your staff come to supply the connection? But I was not informed.After talking to one Mr Vivek at the call centre he said he would try for the connection to be fitted on Wednesday i.e.17-4-2013, however there has been no communication from their part. This is pathetic. We have repeatedly told them that since we are always on the move, please arrange for the installtion when we are in the city, however they are just not responding even after 4-5 months of correspondence and complaints.
