Connection For Dongle Suspended

Location/place: Madhavpur, Hyderabad

Hi I had purchased a Airtel Dongle and opted for a postpaid offer around 10-12 days ago. on 30th june the connection gets suspended automatically. So i called a tollfree no for help. They asked me to visit the nearby store. I visited the airtel store near my house (from where i purchased connection & dongle)at 9.30 A.M. and they said the that connection will be reactivated within 4 hours. But the issue was not resolved by that time. After that i visited the store multiple times but at last they said they wont be able to help me out. This disconnection was without any fault of mine and this fault is attributed purely to Airtel so i asked them to return my money that i paid for dongle as the dongle is of my no use without connection. But they said they cant do that as it is against company policy to refund the money. Please help me out in this regard ASAP. My contact no is 7799037199. my email id is ‘[email protected]
