I have a Land line connection, Number 03472-271571 on my father’s name Dr N C Biswas. This connection has frequent connection problem and it is now dead from 6 days. I went to local exchange at 11:30 Wednesday and it was closed when I called on 18003451500 at 12:17 pm on 14.06.12 from 9476187523 the executive told me shamelessly and rudely why we are still keeping the connection? This is the service BSNL offers?
