I have to regret to say that, I am using world’s most cellular branded company service. Since 5 years I am using Vodafone prepaid facility. But as I aware your new corporate plan and I desired to use this scheme but, very soon my efforts got failed. When I contact in postpaid dept.

Actually the seen was that, I have filed a request for converting my prepaid connection into postpaid by 10 days ago. and I was promised by Vodafone that request will be taken in concern and they provided me with a plan which was partially activated. On the contrary I got wrong response from your side. After two days back without intimate me you had rejected my outgoing calls facility. Due to this I have lost my business and too many service. When I came in customer’s contact, they revealed me that your outgoing calls had been rejected due to improper verification. But I want to assure you neither anybody had visited at my home address nor nobody tried to contact me my own and alternate contact number.

Your representative Mr. Manoj has collected my requisite documents from my residence on Friday I.E 01 march 013. He has given a sim card to me and given 72 hours’ time slot . However its been 11 days and still my card is not activated. He has shared customer care (111) contact number. as I am trying to call them frantically from past 5 days, but they are not picking up the phone. When I have already lodged compliant on Vodafone site. Vodafone representative is also not able to give satisfactory answer. I need to solution to this problem.
