The TG 314 Flight of Thai Airways International dated 27/10/2014 flying from Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport (Kolkata) had about 10 to seats vacant but not allotted to any passengers who are a Gold Card Members in the same airlines.
After Concerning with the Airlines Staff They directly denied to take our standby request for getting the tickets to be confirmed. Instead of taking our request they told us we will do what we want to do as the Flight is over booking and has no seats available and if it is free then do will not take your request this was the reply from the Thai Staff Senior Avita. Before the Flight Take of I contacted a fellow passenger of mine he told me from inside the flight that there is about 10 to 15 seats are vacant.
we want you to take a serious action on the same to help us not to face this problem again in future.
we are depended on your Justice against the injustice happaned to us and the problem cause due to this.
