I applied a new gas connection (SL69 111073260008497)for Indane LPG Cylinder on 11 January 2013 for which i got a approval intimation letter on 5th of april 2013. Therefore when i went to the Verma gas agency for submission of documents they insisted that the cook top needs to be purchased compulsary or else the booking will be cancelled…. after an hour of argument they cancelled my booking as i was not ready to buy cook top from them as i already purchased one from the market which was of better quality and as now thay have cancelled my booking they asked me to book again and wait for that much period to get the approval intimation again…. i want to raise this complaint as they continue to apply their inadequate compulsion on consumer.
