As my AC make Hitachi is working since first week of June month. i booked my comlaint no. 12061800755 with Hitachi customer care on 18/6/12 as compressor of ac is working which is under warrenty for next one year. an engineer came from Hitachi service centre and obseved that your ac has to be brouht to workshop. he asked for Rs. 350/- as transport chage. i paid for it and assured me to bring ac same day of next day ie on 22/6/12 or 23/6/12 but still he did not turn up. i reminded to customer care service centre everday but all in vain. i am in great mental agony and lost my Rs.35000/- being reputated company. how people can choose this reputated company product.
kindly help me and resolve my problem.
