compliant agianst bus driver of route no. 39, bus no-CH01GA5002

As I am a employee in fortis hospital and I am going daily on bus no.39 . I usually get free from my job on time and take the bus daily from stoppage but some time I get 1or 2 minutes late from my job and I cannt able to go on the stoppage … is it not the responsibility of driver that he should stop the bus so a girl can reach at her home on time .But unfortunately it is very sad to say that the behaviour of bus driver was not good…he started doing arguments when I said to him why he did not stop the bus .so it is a humble request that a strict action should be taken against him … so that a girl is not face this type of problem again.
