Sir,
I went to gwalior last weekend and had a dinner with my friends at hotel Fortune in gwalior.We had dinner there at 11.30 pm and when i asked for the bill they gave me a kacha bill on which tin no was not written and they have also added service charge of near about 10% on my dinning bill.when i asked them for pakka bill they refused to give the bill and asked me to pay the service charge with was no where menitioned in the menu card as well as anywhere else.I would like to request you to please visit once at this hotel resturant and do ask them for bill after having you dinner then you will come to know how they are cheating people .I will be very thankful to u if u do the needful.If u need ant other information plz mail me at [email protected]
