COMPLIANT AGAINST CANCELLATION OF GAS BOOKING

I had booked Indane Gas refill on 12/03/2013 and received message in my mobile on 29/03/2013 that your gas cylinder has been delivered. But I did not receive the cylinder till 03/04/2013 so i lodged compliant with customer care and gave me compliant no.890316 and assured me that I will receive it within 48 working hours. therefore, I again contacted the customer care on 10/04/2013 and then they advised me to contact the distributer. on contact with the distributer they said that your booking has been cancelled adn you have to rebook. If they say that my booking has been cancelled then why they had given the message that gas cylimnder has been delivered. When i asked them that they should write in my gas book that booking has been cancelled and sing with seal, they even not doing that. Even the Gas Cylinder delivery man is not giving us the cash memo receipt with the cylinder and not delivering in time.
