There is a jail in Bangalore. It is situated not in the Central Jail premises, but in the office of ComplianceOnline. You have to sign every day in their entry book, stay there till evening and walk out and come in the next day. This happens till you leave the company in total frustration.
During the time I was with them, all that I saw was a workplace full of favoritism, nepotism and shameless petty politics. With MetricStream management, it is always “you are either with us or with them”. There are clearly divided teams as it were, each trying to outdo the other with the worst variety of backbiting and servility. Working for ComplianceOnline is only for those who have sold their souls.
