Dear Sir,
I had given the order of Digital clock with spy cam for home uses to TVC SKY SHOP LTD online the order no for same is OW00045016.
Tvc sent me incomplete product without chager after hell lot of follow up . When I asked them to send me the charger they instructed me to send back the product to their warehouse which I did.
They received the returned product on 14 July 2012 but not not giving me back my product with charger.
