not complete the order and charged excess money and provide wrong information

i placed an order on jabong thru voonik on 12th october-14 of two tops on COO basis against order no 141011390713531. I receive only one on 18th and second is still not received ….i complaint in jabong on 18th about my order, they only send me the copy n paste mails that some one call u and we will working tirelessly on your complaint n all and at last they told me on 28th that my order is cancelled. as wrong information placed by logistic department gojavas here the person name MR. LALIT GOSWAMI on 01204553315… i called that person 10 times and every time he said by today evening or tomorrow you received your product as it was lying with us…………….that is the service provided by the JABONG to the customers and i asked the order no one in jabong reply on that……………. i am FED UP from the SERVICES from jabong………….i strongly recommend that no one purchase any thing from jabong they are FRAUD………..unhappy customer
