I had purchased through online a Akash UbiSlate 7 on 2nd June 2012 from SeventyMM online retailer. I had received my order on 13th june, but due to defective, i had send it back on 14th june from DTDC courier. (Docket number: P-19239429). Before sending it back it was told to me by customwr care of seventyMM that they will call me after they received courier. I had checked my docket number and it showed delivered at seventyMM on 16th june. Now its 2nd July i have not received any call from customer care in regards to this. Even if i am calling to their customer care and asking them either for my order or my money back they are not responding. Please take strict action against SeventyMM for cheating and fraud services.
