Complaints of my college for asking extra money for giving hall ticket

Hi,

Aligarh college of engineering and technology
My papers are started from tomorrow and I have submitted full fee what they told me to submit at the time of admission now they are asking extra 40,000 rs which was never told me to submit. I have all the papers in that it is stated that you have to pay 50000 rs per year and that also told me by secretary of that college named suneel sir and a professor of computer department named madan sir at the time of admission actually they filled my form at the time of admission, actually they are saying that your scholarship has not come yet so you have to pay extra rs that was never told to me even a single word is not said to me at the time of admission about scholarship and all  so I am very sad because tomorrow is my paper and I have not get my Hall ticket please advice as soon as possible
