Complaint Against Vodafone for my PostPaid Mobile Number

I am in Trauma since last 5 days, i have buy a postpaid connection from Vodafone but the same was not activated yet, once we call on number then it says “Temporarily Disconnected”

Please take action against them.

Respond me so that i can provide my Mobile number and other details to take action against them
